Management and oversight
Some of customers have projects of a larger scope and scale, like the design and construction of a complete custom home. For those customers we offer a full range of design and construction management services. We begin with automated schematic design and modeling and move into budgeting, design development and optional rendering. Site evaluation, selection and planning is critical. Next is the RFP and sub-contractor selection phase. Materials and component selections quickly follow. Finally, management of permitting, construction scheduling, production and inspections culminates in project completion and certificate of occupancy.
