James Galbrecht, president of JMJ Contracting,
Inc., is a
life-time resident of the Minneapolis, St. Paul area. He is a landscape architect, building and site designer. He received both his undergraduate and advanced degrees in environmental design (BED) and landscape architecture (MLA) from the University of Minnesota. He earned his associates degree (AAS) in horticulture at Inver Hills Community College. He is a former trade contractor and home builder and has appeared numerous times as a guest designer on the HGTV cable television series Curb Appeal and on the DIY Network series Sweat Equity. James is a former planning commissioner for the city of Burnsville, Minnesota and is a former board member on the Burnsville Community Foundation, a philanthropic organization that designs and installs art and amenities in the city of Burnsville. James is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Minnesota.
